Hello from Mrs McCullagh
A hidden gem in the heart of Cleethorpes! That is how our school was described by a recent visitor and it is a description we feel really encapsulates who we are. A small, nurturing, family-orientated school we have a village school feel where all children valued and at the heart of all we do in the centre of Cleethorpes.
A therapeutic teaching school where our emphasis is on wellbeing; physical, mental and spiritual which is developed and nurtured through our forest school, our amazing new playground facilities, free breakfast club, after school clubs and wrap around provision.
Why not visit us and see for yourself what we can do to support you and your family on your child’s educational journey?
WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOUR CHILD?
We can offer you and your child a school that truly cares; school where our mission statement is reflected in all that we do; a school that wants to help families and children grow, develop, bloom and flourish.
We are committed to delivering high standards of education for our children, so that they develop a lifelong love of learning. Through such a love of learning, children will be more likely to reach their potential and excel in and out of school.
The school operates within a Catholic context. Our mission statement is “We value all in the name of Jesus the Christ”. We welcome applications for families of all faiths or no faith. Our commitment to living out our mission statement means everyone is welcomed, accepted, cared for and truly valued for who they are and their full potential developed.
Inclusive, family school
We pride ourselves on being a very safe, inclusive school, where children are free to make mistakes and learn. We have a commitment to all families - including those for whom English is a second language - who have different faiths and come from different cultures.
Another important part of our school, is you, the parent! You will see when you visit us or talk to our parents that you and your child are very important to us. We champion the link between school and parent and work very hard to involve you in every step of your child’s time here and increase your child’s enjoyment of learning.
