Pupil Leadership

Our leadership opportunities for children

We strongly believe that all children should have the opportunity to lead, support and help their peers alongside shaping their school and being the architects of their own learning.

Head Boy and Head Girl

At St Joseph’s we promote the Fundamental British Values and follow a democratic approach in appointing our Senior Student Leadership positions. Children in Year 6 apply for the role, deliver speeches to the whole school and then the children across the school vote for the children who they would like to represent them.
